If for some reason we don't stock your current design anymore, or your tumbler was custom made as a promotion or gift item, we will replace your tumbler with one of our stock designs of your choice or a clear tumbler.
To receive a replacement tumbler please put your defective tumbler in a padded envelope or box, and include your name, address, phone number and email address and send it to our address listed above. If we do not have your current design we will contact you. A replacement tumbler will be shipped back to you within seven business days.
Lids and straws are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee, but should the thumb tab on your lid break we will be happy to send you another one free of charge so you can just press the new one back on.
