Because we make our own tumblers here at Smile Drinkware USA, we can create tumblers with your custom design to your exact specifications right here in the USA.

Our custom tumblers are perfect for showing off your individuality, promoting your company, commemorating a special event or any other purpose! We can place a logo or a custom graphic of your choosing between the two walls of the tumbler, and you'll get all of the benefits of our durable, well-insulated design.

When you choose Smile Drinkware USA for your custom tumblers, you'll be assigned a customer care expert who will help you every step of the way. We'll keep in close contact with you throughout the design process and get you an initial proof to review so you’ll know exactly how your tumbler will look. We’re experts at working with graphics and will assist in the layout of your artwork. We won't make your tumblers until you're absolutely satisfied.

Customization options include full color printed wrap insert or embroidered patch.

How To Order Your Custom Tumblers:

1. Select tumbler size and lid color.

2. Choose from our 2 customization options.

3. Email us your artwork. (See below for artwork specifications and upload form.)

4. We’ll provide a mock-up tumbler image with your design of a printed wrap most likely the same day for your review. If ordering an embroidered patch, we'll first provide a mock-up tumbler image with your design, and then email you an actual embroidered sew-out sample for approval within approximately seven days. ($35 set-up charge will apply for sew-out sample.)

5. Request changes or approve. Once we receive the final approval, we'll get to work making your tumblers. Printed insert wrap tumblers ship approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your artwork.  Embroidered patch tumblers take 3 to 4 weeks to manufacture.

Printed Wraps

Vector (.ai) or Photoshop images are needed for this customization style.

Acceptable files:

• Adobe Illustrator (AI/EPS)

• Photoshop Through CS6

If you cannot obtain one of these types of files, please get in touch with us. We may be able to redraw the graphic for you for a small additional fee.

Embroidered Patch

If available, please provide PMS (Pantone) color numbers.

Acceptable files:

• JPEG, PNG, PDF Files

• Embroidery files with DST extension
