If not satisfied with your purchase you may return your non-personalized/non-customized tumbler(s) in new/unused condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please include your packing slip or write your name, address, phone number and email on a piece of paper and include in your package.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Our insulated tumblers come with a lifetime guarantee, which means should your tumbler come unsealed we will replace it free of charge with the same patch/insert design of your current tumbler. If for some reason we don't stock your current design anymore, or your tumbler was custom made as a promotion or gift item, we will replace your tumbler with one of our stock designs of your choice or a clear tumbler.

To receive a replacement tumbler please put your defective tumbler in a padded envelope or box, and include your name, address, phone number and email address and send it to our address listed above. If we do not have your current design we will contact you. A replacement tumbler will be shipped back to you within seven business days.

Lids and straws are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee, but should the thumb tab on your lid break we will be happy to send you another one free of charge so you can just press the new one back on.

SUNSCREEN LOTION WARNING:

SUNSCREEN LOTION CONTAINS CHEMICALS WHICH DAMAGE PLASTICS RESULTING IN A CLOUDY APPEARANCE. IF TUMBLERS ARE EXPOSED TO SUNSCREEN IMMEDIATELY WASH YOUR TUMBLER WITH SOAP AND WATER. THAT COULD HELP MINIMIZE PERMANENT DAMAGE. THIS IS ALSO GOOD ADVICE FOR YOUR IPAD, IPOD, SMARTPHONE, SUNGLASSES, E-READERS, ETC. SOME SUNSCREEN LOTION COMPANIES GIVE WARNINGS ON THEIR PRODUCT, BUT NOT ALL. PLEASE TAKE PRECAUTION.

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER TUMBLERS DAMAGED FROM SUNSCREEN.
